Booking conditions:
Reservations on the website must be made at least 48 hours in advance, after that it will be necessary to contact the shelter directly.
Payment through the web page will be made with a bank card. For other payment methods, you will need to get in touch with the shelter.
In case of cancellation:
If the cancellation is made 7 days before the scheduled date, 100% of the amount will be returned, deducting the possible expenses associated with the transaction.
If the cancellation is made between 7 days and 48 hours before the date of the reservation, a refund of 50% of the amount paid will be made.
