Booking conditions:

• Reservations on the website must be made at least 48 hours in advance, after that it will be necessary to contact the shelter directly.
• Payment through the website will be made by bank card. For other payment methods, you will need to get in touch with the shelter.
• The targets accepted are Visa and Mastercard

In case of cancellation:

• If the cancellation is made 7 days before the scheduled date, 100% of the amount will be returned, deducting the possible expenses associated with the transaction.
• If the cancellation is made between 7 days and 48 hours before the date of the reservation, a refund of 50% of the amount paid will be made.
• If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance, the amount will not be refunded.
